"I was on a road trip up to the California Wine Country earlier this week on State Route 101. I was driving a brand new Tesla, and I was following a delivery truck from about 100 yards back. The delivery truck had double rear wheels. Apparently, the right rear set of double wheels had been carrying a lodged river rock about the size of a baseball. Suddenly, the baseball sized river rock was ejected, and it flew directly into my windshield, dead center. The impact sounded like a gunshot. It completely destroyed my windshield, but didn’t penetrate into the cabin of my Tesla. My dashboard, my lap, and my center console was showered with tiny bits of broken glass. My wife and my best friend were in the car with me. None of us were injured. I then immediately notified State Farm by phone, and they told me that I could go to any windshield replacement company ASAP. I took my car to a glass replacement shop the following day, and it was replaced with a brand new windshield on day three. I texted a copy of the receipt to State Farm, and they will be sending me a Reimbursement check shortly. I have been insured by State Farm for all of my cars, and all of my real estate, for over 40 years! I will never ever change insurance companies, simply because State Farm is the very best!"

"Had my first highway accident in 47 years the day after returning from vacation. I’ve heard the stories and the recurring theme has been that the aftermath (renting a temporary car, insurance companies, etc ) is almost as bad as the accident itself. An accident can cause even the most confident individual to feel lost and nervous. In this case I got real lucky working with Josh Finfera at Jessica McCardle’s State Farm Agency in Berkeley, CA. He helped me tremendously through the claims process and even walked me through some of the software used for car accident. Josh was intelligent, competent and most of all compassionate and understanding. The guy is a life saver, a headache eliminator and a total pro. Talk to these people for your coverage. They get it"

"I had been purchasing car insurance from Allstate for 25+ years, and was a very satisfied customer... until they suddenly raised my rates by about 40% in early 2024. Highly motivated to consider alternatives, I noticed Jessica McArdle's State Farm office across the street from my local Safeway, and decided to stop in. I was immediately impressed with Jessica's personable, no-nonsense approach. She's extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as sympathetic to client needs. I had a quote on both of my cars within 24 hours, at less than half what Allstate wanted to charge me! (Part of this was State Farm's willingness to provide lesser coverage on one of my (rarely driven) vehicles. Allstate insisted that both cars have identical coverage for some reason.) Needless to say, I couldn't sign up with Jessica's office fast enough! I would also like to thank and acknowledge the great support from other members of Jessica's team: Bethany Riggan, Chris Yoon, and Molly McIntyre. They have addressed all of my policyholder questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
